Gold jewelry and engagement rings are made to order. So they can always be ordered.
Some pieces are in stock. These will ship out in 1 to 3 business days. You find the in-stock pieces here.
Other pieces are made to order and will ship out after a few weeks. You can see the production time in green text above the "buy now"-button.

We ship from Sweden. If you live in the EU you do not have to pay customs, and we will pay the VAT to your country.
You can return your order within 30 days for full reimbursement. Contact us here and we will help you with your return. You pay the return shipping fee yourself.

At MNOP we have a 2-year warranty. We will repair your jewelry for free once within 2 years. If you have had it for more than two years, or pieces are missing, we can repair it for a fee. We only repair MNOP jewelry.
We have two different suppliers for recycled silver. Silver from one of the suppliers extremely rarely gives people with allergies a reaction. We use this supplier the most. From our other supplier, people with allergies have reactions sometimes so we do not recommend upgrading to the better supplier. The earrings Luna, all climbers, all jackets, and heart comfort are made from silver we do not recommend them if you have an allergy.

All our silver is Sterling Silver and is completely safe to use if you don't have allergies. They are all under the EU's strict regulations concerning nickel, cadmium, lead, and other heavy metals.
